配送中心有13个固定的冷库，用于储存不同类型的水果以保证水果的新鲜。配送的主要水果有进口红提、脐橙、车厘子、加厘果、火龙果、西柚等，同时还有优质国产水果，如苹果、香蕉、芒果、木瓜、哈密瓜等。配送中心的经营理念是让全国市民每天都能品尝到各种新鲜的水果。
